The Town of Silt Community Center is available to the public for meetings, parties, memorials and other such uses. The following guidelines and prices apply:

CAPACITY: The Community Center has a limit of 73 people.
RENTAL: The Community Center shall be considered reserved when the applicant has paid the established deposit rate. No reservations shall be "penciled in".
PAYMENT POLICY: Full payment is due one (1) week before your event. If payment has not been received by that time, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
DEPOSITS: The cleaning / damage deposit required is $100.00 for non-profits, and $200.00 for all other events. Deposit checks WILL be cashed. The deposit will be refunded in the form of a check mailed out approximately two (2) weeks after the date of your event. Refund of the deposit will only occur after the building has been checked for cleanliness and damage, and keys are returned.
ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO: Alcoholic beverages and tobacco products are NOT allowed in the Community Center or in the adjacent park.
